ACCURATE SIZE

Before finalizing an order, we strongly encourage all customers to use the size charts located next to each product selected for purchase. Follow instructions on size chart and match your desired size to a comparable size in the chart. FORBEINBLACK.COM will not be responsible for the ordering of wrong size, color, or style of any of our products.

NON-RETURNABLE 

ALL OSFM (One Size Fits Most)

All Headwear, Hats, Beanies, Visors and some clothing are OSFM and are sold as is and are non-returnable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

FORBEINBLACK.COM will accept returns; with no questions ask on all unworn, unblemished and un-tampered items up to 240 weekdays hours after receipt of goods.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Customer must also notify FORBEIN BLACK via the email forbeinblack@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of goods, with a notification of intent to return goods.

After 10 consecutive weekdays all sales are final. When returning items, customer must use a shipping method with tracking package and proof of delivery signature capabilities, (Meaning someone at ForbeinBlack.com / Forbein Black Clothing Co must sign for receipt of returns).

FORBEINBLACK.COM will not be responsible for any lost returns or returns that do not have verifiable return delivered documentation.

All return refunds will be paid out in the same manner of initial purchase. (Ex: Credit for credit or debit for debit)

EXCHANGES

If FORBEINBLACK.COM is responsible for shipping any incorrect color, style, size or make of product, we’ll either exchange for correct product (if in stock) Consult customer and replace with another agreed upon item of equal value or make a full refund.

All incorrect items shipped will be resolved within 14 business days of receipt of goods.

All refunds will be returned in the same manner of initial purchase. (Ex: Credit for credit or debit for debit)

GARMENT COLORS AND GRAPHICS

ALL garment style, colors, sizes, and graphics are as displayed. Do to variations in different computer monitors, FORBEINBLACK.COM cannot guarantee the color/s displayed on any customers screen will be accurate.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although products are displayed, FORBEINBLACK.COM does not guarantee price or availability on any products displayed. If customer purchases an item that is displayed and is not in stock, a full refund will be issued and a customer satisfaction surprise will accompany. 

FORBEINBLACK.COM reserves the right without liability or prior notification to revise, discontinue, change price, make available, and or cancel orders on any and all merchandise.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders must be canceled in writing at forbeinblack@gmail.com within 72 hours of initial purchase.

Valid cancellations will receive a full refund. Refund will be returned to customer in the same manner that purchase was made. After 72 hours order will be processed and shipped within the standard production time.

DAMAGED GOODS

All damaged or defective items must be reported to FORBEINBLACK.COM within 72 hours upon receiving goods. Purchaser must send an email to forbeinblack@gmail.com to report all damaged and or defective items. Customer must describe all damages and or defects in detail, and forward a clear and concise photograph/s of all damages and defects on product/s. It also must be apparent that it’s an authentic FORBEINBLACK.COM garment and the damages or defects are a direct result of FORBEINBLACK.COM

(Damaged goods exchange or refund will determined by ForbeinBlack.com / Forbein Black Clothing Co on a case by case basis).

CLAIMS

All damaged / defective claims will be resolved within 14 business days of receipt of goods. The initial notification of damage email will be considered the official starting date of the claims process. FORBEINBLACK.COM will review and determine the validity, cause and likelihood of responsibility and replace product/s with no questions ask or out of pocket expense to customer, or reject claim and or deem it to be fraudulent and determine if further actions are to be pursued.

FORBEINBLACK.COM AND FORBEIN BLACK CLOTHING CO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ALL CLAIMS IT DEEMS FALSE, UNRELIABLE, SUSPECT AND OR FRAUDULENT.

SHIPPING

All orders will be process and shipped out to customer within 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise notified in writing by FORBEINBLACK.COM. Standard method of shipping:

USPS Flat Rate: Medium Envelope, Medium Box, Large Box, or a lessor rate per product, set by Forbein Black.

FORBEINBLACK.COM will be resolved of all responsibility after delivering entity systems shows package status as delivered.
